Our Policy

As of January 2026, the payment plan for our in person term classes (September 2026-April 2027 term) is as follows (this excludes playdates and summer class registration):



$69.00 is due at time of registration for all classes, except summer classes and play dates. The deposit will be followed by eight installments of $64.50 each which will be automatically charged on the same day each month beginning with the first day of class. Sibling discounts are available.



This amount includes all tuition, Kindermusik online At Home Materials, an age appropriate instrument(s) & book(s), and taxes.



If you should need to discontinue your enrollment, it is required that you contact us by email at kindermusikwithpenni@gmail.com before the first day of the next month so that we can make adjustments to your account to stop the charges for the upcoming months’ installments. When you receive a reply, you will know that you have been unenrolled from the class.



If your child is sick, we suggest that you stay home from class that week and enjoy your Kindermusik At Home Materials so to avoid making the other children sick. Please let us know as soon as you realize that you will need to miss a class for any reason. This way, we can allow another family to attend that class. When your child is feeling better, please contact us if you would like to schedule a makeup class. Although we can’t guarantee it, we will certainly do our best to find a class with an open spot that might accommodate your child in the near future. WEATHER POLICY



Tuesday Daytime Classes: If Monongalia Co. Schools are closed or doing non-traditional learning (sometimes called Arctic Academy), there will be no Kindermusik Classes for that day. If there is a 2-Hour Delay, we will hold morning classes 30 minutes later than the regular start time.



Wednesday Daytime Classes: If Monongalia Co. Schools are closed or doing non-traditional learning (sometimes called Arctic Academy), there will be no Kindermusik Classes for that day. If there is a 2-Hour Delay, classes will be held as usual.



All Evening Classes (including the 4:30 classes): The status of evening classes will be determined by 3:00 p.m. that day. Please check your email and/or the “Kindermusik With Penni” Facebook page/Instagram around that time if the weather looks questionable (school dismissal, or not).



*Classes may be made up by attending another session that week, or during a following week, depending on availability.
